How long before I see a difference?
Wasted spend stops in week one — negatives and tracking fixes are immediate. Quality Score responds over roughly 30 days as the new structure accumulates history. Judge cost per lead at 90 days; anything faster is noise, and any agency promising results in a fortnight is telling you what you want to hear.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. The account, the tracking and every campaign we build stay yours — they live in your Google Ads account, not ours. Lock-in contracts exist to protect agencies from their own results. Our longest client relationship is sixteen years old, and it has been month to month that entire time — we have had to re-earn it every thirty days for sixteen years.
Who actually does the work?
The person you talk to. There are three of us and all three are senior practitioners — no account managers relaying messages, and no handover to someone you've never met. You'll have your strategist's direct number, and they'll be the one in the account.
Are you big enough to handle my account?
We run 44 accounts and have managed $12.3M in ad spend to date, across single-location clinics, multi-location groups and e-commerce. Small team, large book — that combination is the point, not a limitation. We bring in specialist capacity when an account calls for it, and we cap how many we run at once so none of them get thin.
Where are you based?
Calgary, working with clients across Canada and the United States. Paid search hasn't needed a local agency for a decade — access is shared, calls run on your schedule, and reporting reads the same from anywhere. What matters is whether we understand your market, and that's what the first call is for.
Do you only do Google Ads?
Google Ads is the specialism, and it’s what most clients hire us for. We also build landing pages — often the fastest win available, because the page caps your Quality Score and Quality Score caps your Ad Rank. Those are quoted separately. We take on SEO and social work as well; that’s a separate conversation rather than part of a management fee.
$1,200 a month feels like a lot.
On a $6,000 account it's 20%. In one account we took over, 56% of the budget was going to Display at a 0.81% click-through rate — more than half of it buying accidental taps. If we can't find enough waste to cover our own fee, we'll say so in the audit and tell you not to hire us. That's most of what the free audit is for.
I already have an agency.
Then take the audit anyway and use it as a second opinion. It's free, it's specific, and if your current agency is doing good work the audit will show that clearly. Several of the accounts we manage started exactly this way.
What do you need from me to start?
Read-only access to your Google Ads and GA4 accounts, and twenty minutes to tell us what a good customer looks like and what one is worth. That's enough for the audit. Nothing changes in your account until you've seen it and said go.
