This page explains what we collect through azura.agency, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.

Who we are

Azura Marketing is a Google Ads management agency based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, serving clients across North America. You can reach us at tommy@azuramarketing.com or 403‑679‑3616.

What we collect

Two things, and nothing else.

1. What you type into our form. If you request an account audit, we collect your name, website, email address and the monthly ad spend figure you enter. We only get this if you choose to send it.

2. Standard advertising and analytics data. Like most websites that run ads, we use Google Ads conversion tracking. This uses cookies to record that a visit to this site followed a click on one of our ads, so we can tell which ads are working. It tells us that a person converted, not who you are.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment details, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal information. Please do not send them to us.

Why we collect it

• To reply to you. Your form submission is emailed to our team so a specialist can respond and prepare the audit you asked for.
• To measure our own advertising. We run Google Ads to reach people who need this service. Conversion tracking tells us which ads produce real enquiries so we stop paying for the ones that don't.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send newsletters or automated sequences.

Who else sees it

Your form submission is emailed to Azura Marketing staff and is not shared with anyone else.

Google acts as a service provider for the advertising measurement described above. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.

Our website is hosted on shared hosting provided by Namecheap, which processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses and page requests) as part of delivering the site.

Cookies

This site sets cookies for Google Ads conversion tracking. It does not use cookies for advertising profiles of its own, and it has no advertising network of its own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records. If you would rather we didn't, tell us and we will delete them.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email tommy@azuramarketing.com and we will action it. There is no charge and you do not need a reason.

If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights — for example the GDPR in the UK or EU — those rights apply too, and the same email address is the way to exercise them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
